I have been working with my business partner Mike Benz for 25 years. In 2011 we founded MB Management and Consulting AG with the aim of professionally covering various areas and needs in the real estate business and ensuring comprehensive advice. Since 2017, we have been operating in our own office at the Alte Steinhauserstrasse 33 in Cham.

In order to be able to offer our customers an immaculate valuation i.e. a professional real estate valuation that is accepted by banks, notaries and court decisions, I have become a real estate appraiser with Swiss Federal Professional Certificate.

With a simple digital valuation – currently offered by many real estate companies – you are able to determine an approximate value of your property but this is not helpful enough and too inaccurate for further discussions with the descendants, bank, notary, etc. This is the reason why a professional valuation with MB Management and Consulting AG is worthwhile. As a member of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Appreciators, I can also benefit from regular educational training and am always up-to-date.

In the meantime, I have already been able to value a wide variety of properties and advice their owners. Most clients muse about their future and are looking for good and fair solutions for their descendants. In this case I – on the one hand – estimate the value of the property using renowned valuation methods and on the other hand show several possibilities how the owners can continue staying in their adored environment i.e. through a right of residence or use.
