CREATION OF AN ESTIMATION REPORT: MARKET VALUE

The market value is the average price at which land of the same or similar size, location and kind in a certain area is sold under normal circumstances. The market value is therefore the estimated prize at which the property would be traded between expert, willing and independent partners. The market value takes into account the market conditions prevailing at the time of valuation.

3. Consulting – What next?
Coaching during the further steps

As soon as the valuation is completed, you might ask yourself what happens next? What do I do with my property and what options do I have?

I would be happy to show you the several possibilities and accompany you in your decision – whether handover to descendants, housing or usufruct, sale or rental – according to your wishes and needs.
